Compliance Officer issues complaints to Hibs and Morton

The Compliance Officer has issued the following Notices of Complaint:

Notice 1:

Alleged Party in Breach: Neil Lennon (Manager, Hibernian)
Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203: In that at the above you did commit misconduct, and that:

a) You did adopt an aggressive attitude to Kudus Oyenuga, player with Greenock Morton FC; and/or
b) Jim Duffy manager of Greenock Morton FC, and another member of Team Staff from Greenock Morton FC having entered the Hibernian FC technical area, you did adopt an aggressive attitude to the said Jim Duffy, and/or a player from Greenock Morton FC; and/or 
c) Immediately following on from the dismissal of Darren McGregor of Hibernian FC, you did adopt an aggressive attitude to the Match Officials.

Principal hearing date: Thursday, 20 April 2017

Mr Lennon has until Tuesday, 11 April 2017 to respond to the complaint.

Notice 2:

Alleged Party in Breach: Jim Duffy (Manager, Greenock Morton)
Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:

Disciplinary Rule 203: In that at the above you did commit misconduct, and that:

On or around the 93rd minute of the above match you committed Misconduct, and that you entered the technical area of Hibernian FC and adopted an aggressive attitude to Neil Lennon, manager of Hibernian FC.

Principal hearing date: Thursday, 20 April 2017

Mr Duffy has until Tuesday, 11 April 2017 to respond to the complaint.

Notice 3:

Alleged Party in Breach: Craig McPherson (Assistant Manager, Greenock Morton)
Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:

Disciplinary Rule 203: In that at the above you did commit misconduct, and that:

On or around the 93rd minute of the above match you committed Misconduct, and that you entered the technical area of Hibernian FC and adopted an aggressive attitude to Neil Lennon, manager of Hibernian FC.

Principal hearing date: Thursday, 20 April 2017

Mr McPherson have until Tuesday, 11 April 2017 to respond to the complaint.

Notice 4:

Alleged Party in Breach: Hibernian FC
Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 204 of the Disciplinary Rules of the Scottish FA.

That on or around the 93rd minute of the above match three or more players and/or members of Team Staff from your club, were involved in a confrontation with opposing players and/or members of Team Staff.

Principal hearing date: Thursday, 20 April 2017

Hibernian have until Tuesday, 11 April 2017 to respond to the complaint.

Notice 5:

Alleged Party in Breach: Greenock Morton FC
Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 204 of the Disciplinary Rules of the Scottish FA.

That on or around the 93rd minute of the above match three or more players and/or members of Team Staff from your club, were involved in a confrontation with opposing players and/or members of Team Staff.

Principal hearing date: Thursday, 20 April 2017

Greenock Morton FC have until Tuesday, 11 April 2017 to respond to the complaint.
