Three days later they will meet again on Monday 23th January, kick-off 9am (UK time) at Paralimni Municipality Stadium.

A month later Scotland will be back in the country for the Cyprus Cup.

Scotland have been drawn in a group alongside Austria, Korea Republic and New Zealand for the tournament which will be played between 27th February and 9th March.

Named in the squad to face Denmark is Rachel Corsie and Kim Little who will both pull on the Scotland jersey for the first time since qualification was secured.

Uncapped Rachel Harrison and Claire Emslie have also been named with Erin Cuthbert and Fiona Brown included fresh from their moves to Chelsea LFC and Eskilstuna United respectively.

Defender Kirsty Smith is recovering from injury and was unavailable for selection.

Anna Signeul said: “This warm weather camp is ideal preparation for us in a number of ways and we’re excited to have both Kim Little and Rachel Corsie back with us.

“Denmark are ranked higher than us and are a very good side.

“They’ve got a lot of talented players who are playing in Sweden at a really high level.
