Inspire and show the way!

As a leader of a football club or organisation you can influence and shape the culture within your club.

At PCS, we support clubs to educate young people about winning, losing and cooperation, while at the same time encouraging them to learn and develop as players and people.

Getting your club involved in PCS will positively impact on your vision as a club and how to create an environment that will increase participation, improve standards and achieve your ultimate ambitions.

By working in partnership with parents, coaches & players, PCS can help enhance the skill and learning of all members to create a club committed to excellence and championing the PCS culture.

Our leader workshops and leader tools provide information on how to build a club mission statement to promote club ethos and inspire members. Develop a team of people to drive PCS to all members in the club and how to communicate the club ethos effectively to your members and wider community.

Please check out our leader tools and resources to assist you to drive a positive culture in your club.
