The Scottish Football Association

Our strategy

Scottish FA Chief Executive Stewart Regan

In 2011, the Scottish FA underwent the most radical changes in its history, enabling us to lead the game into a new era.

Fundamental changes were implemented in governance, branding and operational structures, and the launch of our strategic plan, Scotland United: A 2020 Vision outlined the vision, values and goals that underpin the organisation and its many facets.

The plan encompasses four strategic pillars:

•    Perform and Win
•    Strong Quality Growth
•    Better financial returns
•    Respected and Trusted to Lead

The strategic plan is the basis of everything we do, and includes our mission, our values, and our objectives to 2015. Download Scotland United: A 2020 Vision on the right.

"A strategic plan is nothing without willingness, leadership and a collective commitment and determination to see the plan through to its conclusion."
