Hibernian will play host to Hearts in the Scottish Cup Fourth Round, after the Edinburgh rivals were paired together in tonight’s draw.

Scottish golfer Ewen Ferguson - a two-time winner on the DP World Tour this year - joined Jane Lewis for the draw which took place following the conclusion of Ayr United’s 1-0 victory over Pollok.

The Edinburgh Derby was the first tie from the hat, while holders Rangers were drawn away to St Johnstone.

Drumchapel United, enjoying a fairytale run in their debut Scottish Cup season, will face a trip to League Two Elgin City in the Fourth Round, which takes place over the weekend of Saturday, 21 January, 2023.

Darvel, who also hail from the West of Scotland League, secured an exciting draw against the Scottish Premiership’s third-placed side Aberdeen.

University of Stirling made history on Saturday when they became the first ever university outfit to make it to the Fourth Round and their reward is a trip to Tannadice Park to take on Dundee United.

Premiership table-toppers Celtic will host Morton, while Championship leaders Ayr United face a tricky trip to Cove Rangers.
