The Semi-Final draw of the Scottish Cup took place at Tannadice after Celtic’s victory over hosts Dundee United, live on Premier Sports.

Actor, comedian and director Greg Hemphill conducted the draw alongside presenter Emma Dodds.

Football fan Hemphill made his first visit to Tannadice and witnessed a moment of history as Celtic booked their place in the last four. In doing so, the 40-time winners join Heart of Midlothian, Hibernian and Rangers to complete an all Glasgow and Edinburgh line-up for the first time ever in the Scottish Cup.

Hemphill said: “It was an honour to conduct the draw and what a stage to do it.

"Tonight was my first visit to Tannadice and what a warm welcome, the people were so friendly and it was a terrific tie under the lights."

"I couldn't believe it when I heard the two Edinburgh and Glasgow clubs had never made up the last four before, so it was fun to be a part of history tonight too."
