Kylie Cockburn has been retained at the FIFA Women's World Cup as a VAR official for the knockout stages of the competition.
The Scottish official, who has been on assistant referee and VAR duties so far, will remain in France as the competition builds to a climax.
Head of Referee Operations John Fleming believes it is just reward after a busy season for Cockburn.
He said: "It is a terrific achievement for Kylie to be retained as a VAR official in France for what will be some of the biggest matches of the Women’s World Cup.
"Kylie has already gained invaluable experience at a FIFA tournament of this magnitude, but to extend her duties is testament to her performances as both an assistant referee and VAR official in the five fixtures she has been appointed to."
