HEART OF MIDLOTHIAN 1 - 2 CELTIC

Celtic completed the Treble Treble with a hard-fought victory over Hearts at Hampden. It was a first half sparse of chances but a second half that really came into life with three goals and plenty of incident.

THE BUILD-UP

FIRST HALF

It was a balanced first half with both teams enjoying their share of possession without creating too many clear cut chances.

SECOND HALF

If the first half was lacking in chances and drama the second half more than made up for that.

1-0 to Hearts

Australian Ryan Edwards opened the scoring for Hearts after he poked home from inside the box.

All Square

Hearts weren't in front for too long. Edouard broke into the box and Zlamal hesitated in the Hearts goal before taking down the Frenchman.

Edouard remained calm despite Zlamal's best efforts to put him off to equalise from the spot.

2-1 to Celtic

With just nine minutes left on the clock, it was Edouard again for Celtic. This time he picked the ball up in the Hearts half and raced through one-on-one with Zlamal side-footing it past the goalkeeper.
