With restrictions on crowds at football matches in Scotland continuing, we can now confirm that a capacity crowd cannot attend our UEFA EURO 2020 Play-Off against Israel at Hampden Park. The process of issuing refunds to all ticket buyers will therefore take place from today, Wednesday 23 September.
Refund Process
For ticket purchasers, the refund process for online and telephone sales will take place automatically, with money credited back onto your debit/credit card used at point of sale.
Please allow seven working days for the money to appear in your account. We will also notify you to confirm the process is complete.
If your debit/credit card used to complete the purchase has expired, we will notify you by email with further instructions.
Non Telephone/Online Order Refunds
Any hospitality and debenture refunds will be processed separately. These ticket holders will be contacted with more information.
Any tickets purchased in person from the Hampden Museum Shop should be returned by post, with proof of purchase, to the address below. Please also include a note of your contact telephone number with your tickets so we can make arrangements to process your refund.

Scotland Supporters Club Memberships
We are pleased to confirm that we’re extending all Scotland Supporters Club memberships by a year.
Memberships will now run until the end of 2022, expiring on December 31. All fan benefits will remain until that date – this process is automatic, so there’s nothing that members need to do to make this happen.
Donate Your Refund to the Grassroots Game
It’s not just at international level that we’re seeing the impact of Covid-19. Our grassroots game faces a critical situation and your support is needed to safeguard its future.
The Scottish FA has today launched Give for Grassroots, a new support fund that will allow fans of Scottish football to help grassroots clubs continue to provide for children within their local communities.
You can choose donate your ticket refund to help ensure that grassroots clubs will still be able to help children across Scotland participate in our national game.
All donations are managed by our Charity Partner ‘The Scottish Football Partnership Trust’ (SC044867) and processed through Virgin Money Giving. All donations can be subject to gift aid where applicable.
